Dedicated to making life better for survivors of sexual assault and domestic violence.
As one of only a few treatment programs in the country that’s part of a health system, Aurora Health Care helps survivors get more of the services they need from a single source. We offer emergency care, counseling, emotional support and forensic nursing. Our providers work together to help survivors receive the individualized care and services they need to feel whole again. Our services are making a positive and lasting impact: Many survivors reclaim joy and peace of mind.
Whether it happened last night or last year, if you’re a survivor of sexual or domestic violence, we’re here to provide the confidential support you need when you need it.
Our hotline is open 24/7.
Volunteers can help during office hours.
We make it easy for survivors to get the help they need, whether it’s immediately after an incident or years later. There are many ways survivors can access Aurora’s services, including our 24-hour crisis line. Survivors may also come to one of our locations any time of the day or night – no appointment is necessary.
We offer dedicated healing centers throughout the Milwaukee area. The centers offer spacious, light-filled rooms that don’t feel anything like a health care setting. Here survivors have access to a range of services including counseling, support groups and one-on-one guidance from survivor advocates.
Aurora helps survivors achieve exceptional results, thanks in part to our advocacy services. Our advocates help survivors make informed choices at every turn and are an ongoing source of encouragement and emotional support.
